This is a national level program which is carried out among all regions in Spain, through agreements with different social entities.
Incorpora offers a labour mediator service between beneficiaries of entities and the companies for its selection, employment and monitoring during all labour inclusion process.
These social entities serve both to guide beneficiaries for their labour inclusion, as an important and basic element to their social inclusion, and guide companies for the employment of people with disabilities and other groups of people at social exclusion risk.
Incorpora offers companies, candidates for their selection process and, in case of a contract; also offer monitoring for the person inserted in the company.

Satisfaction:

Between 2007 and the first semester 2008 there have been answered 55 satisfaction questionnaires about the services Incorpora offered to companies. 46 of these questionnaires have been answered positively, which represents 83.6% positive assessment.

There is also an important dissemination task to companies through the agreement which has been signed between “La Caixa” and Fundació Pimec, the social foundation of SME Small and medium enterprises in Catalonia.
