Description:

REACH112 will deploy Total Conversation (TC, simultaneous communication with video, audio an real-time text) in five european counties and thereby improve communication opportunities for the target group.

TC will, in the five pilot countries, be used for person-to-person communication and emergency service access through 112.

TC will enable people of the target group to function better in the workplace and in society as a whole by enabling them to communicate in the combination of medias most appropriate for the situation and their needs.

Selection criteria:
	Innovativeness: A new innovative way to reach emergency services and to communicate trans-nationally with a communication technology designed for all.
	Effectiveness: By improving communication for the target group they will be able to participate in society and workplace communication in a more effective way. Sustainability through a wide deployment in five european countries where national authoritize has recognized the need.
