Description:

The activity helps by giving opportunity to people with disability to enter the ordinary labour market. This opportunity is provided by rising companies awareness about the employment of people with disabilities and even showing what kind of benefits they could get by employing people with disability.

Following activities are implemented:
 Analysis of the working process of the company;
 Adaptation of the employee profile;
 Monitoring before, during and after the inclusion to the new work place.

Selection criteria:
Effectiveness:

Only in 2008, 110 people at risk have attended, from which 27 are people with some kind of disability. There have been 10 inclusions to ordinary work places for people with disability. Sustainability of this practice is ensured by different kind of funding, mainly of social work entities.

Satisfaction:

Positive evaluations of the practice have been received both from the companies and the users of this service.

Dissemination:

This practice is quite new therefore information has not yet been widely disseminated. To promote the project pencil pots decorated with different beneficial aspects of hiring of people with disabilities have been delivered to companies.

Exploitation:

This is practice could be applied in any company, willing to contract people with disabilities
