El propòsit de la Estudio havia d'analitzar la situació actual en els estats dels socis de projecte i identificar millors exemples de pràctiques. En el resultat, s'han identificat alguns assumptes comuns així com diferències en aproximacions i s'han resumit quant a gent amb educació d'impediments i oportunitats de feina en països de soci.
