Yoga is a very ancient science born in southern India. It helps harmonise body, mind and emotions. With the regular practice of yoga one can achieve a global integration of the different aspects in the human being: a healthy body, a quiet mind and healthy emotions. These treats are very important for all professionals but specially for those working in direct contact with other people. These sessions take place once a week basis outside working hours.

Selection criteria:
Innovativeness:

It is not a common kind of activity to people working in service sector, specially offering it for free.

Effectiveness:

Yoga sessions in the work place and with the work colleagues improve relationship between the different profession colleagues, fostering a better labour environment. Improvements at a personal and individual level have clear positive effects.
