In the contest announced by Association of people with disabilities and their friends „Apeirons” and Comperio, Ltd 64 applications with best practice examples showing how people with disabilities are included in education, employment and social life.

“It is a true pleasure that so many NGOs, schools, municipalities, government institutions and individuals have replied to our call. Received examples are various and very interesting. Contest judges have a hard but pleasant work ahead to evaluate them!” says head of the board of the Association of people with disabilities and their friends „Apeirons”

Received examples will be evaluated by their innovation, effectiveness, satisfaction of the target group, exploitability and dissemination of the project results.

Special thanks goes to Society integration fund of Latvia who provided us with 19 best practice examples after evaluating project funded trough them by the European Social fund and other sources
